Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Scope
We ship to all states across the United States. 

2. Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2–5 business days after full payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be arranged on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time
Standard shipping transit time:
- All US domestic orders: 3–8 business days
Due to customs inspection, peak shopping season, logistics delays may occur, we cannot guarantee rigid delivery deadlines.

4. Shipping Cost
All orders shipped to any address within the United States enjoy FREE shipping.

5. Customs & Import Tax
All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees charged by your local government are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not cover any customs-related charges. We declare items truthfully according to cross-border rules.

6. Package Issues
- Damaged / missing items: Provide clear photos of outer packaging and goods within 3 days after receipt, we support resend or partial refund.
- Wrong address: If customers fill in incorrect shipping address leading to delivery failure, reshipping cost shall be borne by buyers.

7. Delivery Exception
If packages are seized, returned or destroyed by local customs, we are not liable for compensation. Buyers need to consult local customs for clearance solutions.
